Description: Clgal is a cloud monster that has its rain potential. The body can absorb most of water attack and use it to regeneration or counter monster with its water gun and make the attacker dizzy, slowed and weakened them. The body can also remove water vapour that can easily dodge melee and ranged type attacks.
