Description: Sakote is an icy wind monster that will freeze them with the icy wind. The hand can blow huge power icy wind that can frozen monsters and deals freeze damage from the freezing monsters, it also can emit freezing snowflakes when it fly, the snowflakes can instead freezing them when they touch the snowflakes. it can breath cool breath that will also freeze monsters and make them suffering death frost.
